Our Engagement Story
I knew from day one that Chris was the one for me. I wanted to be with him for the rest of my life. In January 2000, Chris took me for a surprise weekend away to New York. I couldn't think of a better place to propose than on top of the Empire State Building. Being a leap year, I thought it's now or never.
Chris replied with an emphatic YES!

We set the date for July 31st 2001. We then started to think about how we would get there. Should we take the Lotus? No, not enough luggage space!!! What about the Trains? Too many leaves. How about flying? Well, we have got to make this trip last three weeks, we'd be there and back in the same day.
How could we arrive in style, but with a difference, and make it last three weeks?
